Contact Graham County Court Docket

Official Graham County court questions belong with the North Carolina Judicial Branch, the North Carolina eCourts Portal, or the Graham County Clerk of Superior Court. The Clerk is the local keeper of Superior Court, District Court, small-claims, estate, criminal, civil, and judgment court files. Use the routes below for a Case Summary or Register of Actions, a hearing date, a copy request, or another official court matter.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Graham County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve court files, change or continue a hearing, seal or remove a record, issue certified copies, or provide legal advice. Direct those matters to the Clerk of Superior Court or the court that maintains the case.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the official channel that matches the Graham County court need:

  • A public Case Summary or Register of Actions: use North Carolina eCourts Portal Smart Search by party-oriented terms or case number.
  • A court date or setting: check North Carolina civil and criminal calendars, use Portal Search Hearings, and confirm a specific setting with the Clerk.
  • Certified copies or an official court file: request them from the Graham County Clerk of Superior Court, the local custodian of court records.
  • A case that does not appear online: call or visit the Clerk to ask about public terminal access, nonconfidential paper files, or a copy request.
  • Judicial Branch administrative records: use the state’s Public Records Request form, not a court-file request; the form does not route case documents.

For Graham County court dockets and records, the official office is the Graham County Clerk of Superior Court at the Graham County Courthouse, 12 Court Street, Robbinsville, NC 28771. Mail should be addressed to PO Box 1179, Robbinsville, NC 28771. The Clerk’s main phone is (828) 479-7000; published hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The county directory separately formats the same courthouse-campus office as 12 North Main Street. It does not identify a second Clerk office. Use the Judicial Branch’s 12 Court Street courthouse address for a visit, and call first when a public terminal, older file, or substantial copy request is needed.
